Have You Used Your Email List to Promote Your Facebook Fan Page?

Here’s a quick and easy Facebook promotion tip, using your email list, to expand your reach and attract more people to “like” your page by sending an invitation through Facebook.

First, export and save your email list in a .csv format.

Go to your Facebook Page and click Edit
Click Resources (on right)
Click Tell Your Fans
Upload Contact File (if you need more info, here’s where Facebook provides instructions on how to create a contact file in .csv format from Outlook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Unfortunately Facebook doesn’t allow you to tailor the invitation, but it’s a quick and easy feature to tell more people about your page.  “Like” on.
