Let’s face it.  It’s often tricky for small business owners to create more bandwidth so they can do the things they enjoy and focus on the tasks that generate more revenue. Many solopreneurs and small business owners oftentimes find Overwhelemedthemselves overwhelmed and spinning out of control with email, unfinished To Dos and lost hours before calling us to leverage the strength of a virtual assistant.

Here’s the scoop.  It doesn’t have to be that way. Taking control is possible.  A virtual assistant can be especially valuable; they help small business owners save a lot of time, expand their business, reach their goals.

Think about.  Can one person really do all of this while avoiding exhaustion and burnout?  There are website updates and maintenance to do, emails to send and reply to, prospects to follow up with, social media posts to create for Twitter and Facebook, email marketing, scheduling, invoices to send, expenses to record, research to do, testimonials to collect for use on websites or print materials, client follow ups, a LinkedIn profile to keep current, new packages or services to create, networking events to attend, lead pages to create, finally sit down and write that ebook that has been on your mind for months, update your neglected CRM that could have a lot of outdated info, find images for your site and blog posts, questionnaires to create, birthdays and anniversaries to acknowledge, thank-you notes to write, handle routine questions from clients, create a contact list from collected business cards, marketing materials to write, audio files to edit, a presentation to create or jazz up and on and on.

Fun stuff.

As the Beatles sang so famously:  ♫ I get by with a little help from my VAs…….mmmmmm, I get by with a little help from my VAs ♫

(True story.)

If you’re buried in your To Dos and could an extra hand, let’s talk.

Thanks for reading.  See you next time.

Cheers
